AI Automation Developer for Real Estate Company

The Role
You'll be our dedicated AI automation builder — taking business processes and turning them into production-grade workflows. This is a builder role, not maintenance. You'll own automations from idea to deployment, working directly with the founder.

What You'll Build

AI-assisted research pipelines (property, legal, and public records research)
Document generation, processing, and routing workflows
Internal business process automations that save the team hours per week
Integrations between our custom CRM and external data sources
Structured data extraction and summarization from unstructured inputs


Tools

N8N — primary platform (must be proficient)
Claude Code / Anthropic API — LLM-powered logic
Perplexity API — research automation
Custom CRM — we'll train you on this
REST APIs, webhooks, JSON


You're a Fit If You...

Have built multi-step, production N8N workflows
Have used LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) in real automations
Can read API docs and figure things out independently
Communicate clearly, flag problems early, and ship things


Nice to Have
JavaScript or Python for custom N8N nodes
Experience with Make/Integromat or similar platforms
