THE ROLE:
We are hiring Operations staff to support content review, spot checks and reviews of user interactions, and customer support workflows.
You will work with user messages and platform content, helping ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across the system. This includes reviewing conversations and making judgment calls based on context.
This role involves working with adult-oriented content. You must be comfortable handling sensitive material in a professional and objective way.
You will work independently most of the time. Clear thinking, attention to detail, and strong writing are essential.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written English (grammar, tone, clarity)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand context and underlying meaning
- Comfortable working with adult-oriented content
- Able to follow instructions precisely
- Able to work independently
- Availability for flexible part-time shifts in U.S. time zones
HOURS & PAY:
