Web Application to monitor/control and manage desktop application

1- Web Application will have a admin section through which the Admin can manage the desktop application (Which is currently being built using Java):

The desktop application sends messages to specific groups in linkedin, automatically accepts connection requests, sends reply's to messages after the correct response is selected, & helps build a list of connections using linkedin. Please be familiar with linkedin.

a) Admin can limit the number of messages which user can send.
b) Admin can register new user.
c) Payment integration for user payment.
d) Limit access to the desktop application once the payment term expires

2- A setting option that admin can change and view i.e. There will be a GUI you can see how many messages this user sent and have a counter in place for this. Admin option to change these two numbers to any number.

3- Web Application will have a forum section. The data to be uploaded on the forum section would be uploaded by the Admin. This same data would be visible on the desktop application via API. User can use this data as explained in the previous section.

4- Set up an email scheduler with pre-loaded content (to be loaded in the forum section) that can be selected and scheduled to be sent over different time periods as selected.

5- support said program ongoing while creating other social media platforms. (This support can be billed on an agreed upon hourly basis)
