JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of automation projects for our MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients. You'll make sure our engineers are always working on the right tasks, clients are kept updated, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a high-ownership role. You sit between our engineering team and our clients — assigning work, clearing blockers, tracking progress, and sending clear status updates to each MSP client.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Engineer & Team Management
-Assign tasks to engineers based on availability and client priority
-Monitor daily activity to make sure all engineers are actively working — no one is idle
-Identify and remove blockers preventing engineers from moving forward
-Track workload per engineer and flag issues before they affect delivery
-Run regular check-ins to review task status, deadlines, and progress

Client Management & Communication
-Manage the relationship between our team and our MSP clients
-Proactively update clients on task progress, milestones, and delays — before they ask
-Communicate updates in a clear, easy-to-understand way for clients
-Keep detailed workflow notes so every client briefing is ready and accurate

Project & Task Oversight
-Maintain the master task tracker — every task needs an engineer, due date, priority, and updated status
-Prioritize requests based on SLA agreements and business impact
-Conduct weekly reviews of all open, blocked, and at-risk tasks
-Escalate high-priority issues to leadership when needed

Documentation
-Log workflow updates for team visibility and client reference
-Keep client profiles up to date: contacts, SLA terms, contract types, and assigned engineers
-Spot recurring issues and recommend process improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:
-Experience in project management, operations, or a client-facing coordination role
-Experience managing or coordinating teams
-Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple clients and projects at once
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable with task tracking tools (spreadsheets, project management platforms)
-A proactive attitude — you keep things moving and stay on top of everything
