We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Faceless Youtube Thumbnail Designer that can CRAFT thumbnails like a MASTERPIECE! If you have previous experience with AI generation, have a passion for Thumbnails in general and want to be apart of a thrilling work environment, then please continue reading!

Ideal designer for this role needs to be:

- Be Kind, respectful
- FAST communication + Communicate well with myself and our team is a MUST
- Adding another reason for viewers to click other than the title we give you!
- Able to spot patterns in competitor thumbnails, and adapt ours
- Have experience with generating AI thumbnails (nano banana is a MUST)
- Come up with strong concepts fast and execute them well
- Fast turnaround with consistent full-time output

Our rate would be:
Budget: $50 per niche we get into= $250/ month + Bonuses for each view milestone we hit! In 1-3 months if quality exceeds expectations, your pay will increase!

View Bonuses:
100k views= $50 bonus for the month + 250USD/ month
500k views= $150 bonus for the month + 250USD/ month
1,000,000 views= $350 bonus for the month + 250USD/ month
