**Job Title:** Social Media VA – ManyChat Automation & TikTok Inbox Manager

**About Us:**
Jersey Shore Whale Watch operates the 101-foot vessel "Jersey Girl" out of Belmar, NJ. We run whale watching tours April–October and have a large, active TikTok following ---------- ---------- get tons of engagement but need help turning that attention into ticket sales and merchandise revenue.

**What You'll Do:**
• Monitor and reply to TikTok DMs and ManyChat inbox daily (2–3 hours/day)
• Build, edit, and optimize ManyChat automation flows for ticket and merch sales
• Qualify leads — separate ticket buyers from general inquiries
• Flag hot leads (charters, school groups, corporate bookings) for the owner immediately
• Help set up keyword triggers and comment automation on TikTok
• Send daily summary of inbox activity and any important leads

**You Must Have:**
• Proven ManyChat experience (please show examples or flows you've built)
• Experience managing TikTok DMs or Instagram DMs professionally
• Strong written English — you'll be representing our brand
• Reliable internet and availability during US Eastern morning hours
• Self-starter — you won't be micromanaged, you'll be trusted

**Nice to Have:**
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce
• Background in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce

**Hours & Pay:**
• 2–3 hours per day, 5–6 days per week
• $5–6/hour USD depending on experience
• Long-term position for the right person — we're loyal if you're good
