We are a fast-growing financial services company specializing in 0% interest credit stacking and business funding solutions. We operate on a performance-based model, helping clients secure funding through structured credit strategies.
We are hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the backend execution of approved deals. This role is client-facing and focuses on onboarding, coordination, and oversight—not heavy technical work.
This is a streamlined, systems-driven role supported by an offshore processing team that handles application submissions.
???? Core Responsibilities
Conduct client onboarding calls (15–30 minutes) after deal approval
Clearly explain credit strategy, timelines, and expectations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout fulfillment
Coordinate with offshore team executing credit card & funding applications
Monitor deal progress and ensure timely submission + follow-ups
Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
Handle sensitive client data (SSN, DOB, financial details) with professionalism and discretion
? Requirements
MUST HAVE:
Experience working with U.S. credit systems (credit repair, funding, tradelines, lending, etc.)
Strong understanding of:
Personal credit profiles
Business funding / credit stacking (preferred)
Bank & lender application processes
Excellent spoken and written English (client-facing role)
Comfortable discussing financial and sensitive information with U.S. clients
Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in credit stacking or business funding companies
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Experience working with offshore teams

Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)
Fully remote
U.S. business hours (EST availability required)
High deal volume environment (consistent pipeline, no lead shortage)

We offer a lean base + performance structure aligned with company revenue:
Base: $2000/month (part-time)
Performance bonus:
$50–$100 per successfully funded client
