JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling and modifying Meta smart glasses. We are looking for a highly responsive and detail-oriented Social Media DM Sales Rep to handle inbound messages and comments across Instagram and Facebook.
This is NOT a basic customer service role. Your job is to respond quickly, build trust, answer questions, and guide people toward making a purchase.
You will be communicating with real customers who are interested in our product and need help understanding how it works before buying.

I am looking for someone that is available for two 5 hour shifts for a total of 10 hours daily 7 days a week. Times would be 6am-11am and then again 6pm-11pm.

Responsibilities:
Respond to Instagram and Facebook ---------- quickly (within minutes when possible)
Reply to comments on posts and ads
Answer common questions about products and services
Guide customers toward the correct purchase option
Follow up with interested leads
Flag high-intent buyers for escalation if needed
Hide comments that hurt the brand
Engage with peoples post relating to our brand to increase followers and awareness

Most conversations include:

“Is this safe?”
“How much is it?”
“Do I send mine in or buy new?”
You will be trained with exact responses and scripts.
Requirements:
Strong written English (must sound natural, not robotic)
Fast response time (this is very important)
Ability to have real conversations (not copy/paste spam)
Comfortable guiding customers toward a purchase
Available during US business hours (or overlap)
HUGE PLUS:
Experience with Instagram/Facebook ---------- handling
Sales or customer support experience
Familiar with e-commerce
Pay:
Starting pay based on experience.
