Welcome to Heroka Cosmetics — a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand scaling aggressively with paid ads on Meta.
We’re not looking for a “video editor”.
We’re looking for someone who understands performance creative.
Someone who thinks like a marketer, edits like a creative strategist, and produces like a machine.
You’ll be working alongside our Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, Designer, and another Video Editor to continuously test and scale winning creatives.
???? Your mission: produce high-converting ad creatives at speed.
What You'll Do
Edit high-performing video ads for Meta
Create scroll-stopping hooks within the first 1–3 seconds
Turn one concept into multiple variations (hooks, angles, formats)
Source and integrate relevant b-roll that enhances the story
Use modern tools and workflows to produce creatives efficiently at scale
Apply captions, motion graphics, and overlays that improve retention
Deliver consistent output of 20+ creatives per week — on time
You Are a Great Fit If You...
Have proven experience editing Meta ad creatives (not just general videos)
Understand why ads convert (hook, retention, pacing, psychology)
Can quickly create multiple variations from one concept
Are highly efficient in your workflow (not just “manual editing”)
Are proficient in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro
Are resourceful and can source your own b-roll
Respect deadlines and communicate proactively
Take ownership, move fast, and don’t need constant direction

You will be part of a team where your work directly impacts others.
If edits are delayed, it blocks:
The Creative Strategist (who needs to review)
The Media Buyer (who needs to launch ads)

Requirements
Portfolio with Meta ad creatives (mandatory — no portfolio = no review)
Minimum 2+ years experience in e-commerce ad editing
Stable internet + own equipment
Available at least 10 hours per week
A-Player mindset only
Compensation
$10–$20 per video depending on experience, quality, and speed.
Hitrate bonus
Long-term opportunity with room to grow as we scale.
