Video Editor for Short-Form Content (Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts)

We are looking for a video editor to help create short-form content for a marketing agency (EntreDupe).

The editing style is similar to: Instagram creators ---------- (fast-paced, engaging, caption-heavy videos)

You will be editing talking head videos into high-quality, engaging short-form content.

Responsibilities:
- Cut and edit talking head videos (30–60 seconds)
- Create fast-paced, engaging edits
- Add animated captions/subtitles
- Add sound effects (SFX) and music
- Use jump cuts and transitions
- Apply light color grading
- Follow current short-form trends (IG Reels / Shorts)

Requirements:
- Experience editing short-form content
- Strong understanding of pacing and retention
- Ability to create animated captions (important)
- Familiar with trends on Instagram / YouTube Shorts
- DaVinci Resolve preferred (or similar software)
- Reliable and responsive

Work Details:
- 10 hours per week
- $2/hour
- Work anytime (flexible schedule)
- Work across 2–3 days per week (or flexible)
- Must check in during work days and provide updates/drafts if needed

Expected Output: ~4–6 short-form videos per week
