Project-Based GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist

About the role

I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to help set up the backend system for my real estate business.

This is not a full-time marketing manager role. I am not looking for someone to run all of my marketing strategy, social media, or branding.

I need someone who can build a clean and effective GoHighLevel system so my leads are captured, tracked, followed up with, nurtured, and moved toward appointments.

I do not have the time to learn and build the system myself, so I need someone who already understands GoHighLevel and can set it up properly.

What I need

I need help setting up the core GoHighLevel system for:

CRM/contact organization
lead pipeline stages
forms
calendars
workflow automations

email/SMS follow-up
lead tracking
simple reporting
documentation
Main responsibilities
Set up GoHighLevel core account structure
Organize contacts, tags, and segmentation
Build one main lead pipeline
Set up one or more lead capture forms
Set up one appointment booking calendar
Create workflow automations for lead follow-up
Set up basic email and/or SMS sequences
Connect forms, pipeline, and calendar where appropriate
Test the system to make sure it works properly
Document the setup so it is easy to use afterward
Initial scope of work

The first phase of this project should include:

CRM and contact organization
Create a clean structure for contacts
Set up tags and basic segmentation
Lead pipeline

Build one main pipeline with stages such as:

New lead
Contacted
Qualified
Appointment set
Nurture
Active client
Closed
Lost
Lead capture
Build at least one lead capture form
Make sure submissions flow correctly into GoHighLevel
Calendar
Set up one consultation booking calendar
Connect it to the rest of the system as needed
Automations

Set up core workflows such as:

immediate lead response
follow-up after form submission
appointment reminders
simple nurture sequence
Documentation
Provide simple SOP notes or documentation explaining how the system works

I want someone who is a hands-on builder, not someone who only speaks in general marketing terms.

Experience with real estate businesses
Experience with lead-generation systems

Work style

This is a remote role with a time-zone difference, so I need someone who is comfortable working asynchronously.

That means you should be able to:

work independently
communicate progress clearly
follow instructions
ask smart questions when needed
stay organized without constant live supervision
Project terms

This is a project-based setup role, not a permanent full-time role.

The project will begin with:

a short review of my needs
your recommended setup plan
an estimated number of hours
an initial approved hour cap

Additional hours must be approved before continuing.

There may be future as-needed work after the initial setup is complete, but this role is primarily for setup and documentation.
