Technical Recruiter – Commission Basis

We're looking for a recruiter to help us find a Senior NetSuite Developer (details of that role available upon request). This is contingency-based; you get paid when we hire someone you bring to the table.

What we're looking for in a recruiter:
- Experience placing software engineers, bonus points for ERP/NetSuite or TypeScript roles
- A solid talent network (international candidates are fine - the role is remote)
- Ability to spot strong, experienced candidates and filter out AI-generated fluff applications
- Good communication and follow-through

Compensation: Flat fee, paid 50% upon successful hire and 50% after a 90-day retention period. If the hire doesn't work out within 90 days, the second payment is forfeited or a replacement candidate is provided. Fee negotiable based on experience.
