Website Creator and Data Entry

We are seeking a skilled website creator to develop a simple, efficient web platform for managing field inspection data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Website Development: Build a user-friendly website where field inspectors can log in and submit inspection reports. The site should have a simple interface for data entry, including fields for site details, inspection results, photos, and signatures.
Database Management: Design and implement a secure database to store all inspection data. The system should allow for easy retrieval, filtering, and export of reports.
User Accounts: Set up a basic user management system for different levels of access (e.g., inspectors, managers).
Data Entry (Initial Phase): Assist with initial data entry to populate the system with existing site information.
Training & Support: Provide brief training materials or a quick tutorial for field inspectors on how to use the new system and offer limited post-launch support.
