About the Role
I'm a Pitch Performance Coach and business strategist who runs a growing coaching and consulting brand. I need a self-directed GoHighLevel expert who can receive a brief, ask the right clarifying questions upfront, and execute — without needing to be walked through every step.
This is a part-time, ongoing role — approximately 10 hours per week to start — with the potential to increase as the business scales and you prove your work.
What You'll Be Doing

Building and managing online courses inside GoHighLevel (memberships, modules, lesson structure, drip content)
Setting up automations and workflows (email sequences, triggers, pipelines, tags, and conditional logic)
Designing and publishing landing pages and sales funnels that look professional and convert
Ongoing landing page maintenance and optimization — keeping existing pages clean, functional, and performing
Maintaining and updating websites built inside GHL
Troubleshooting and QA-ing existing funnels, forms, and automations

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you must know the platform deeply, not just the basics
Proven ability to build courses and membership areas inside GHL
Strong skills in automation/workflow logic — you understand how triggers, conditions, and actions connect and can build them without a tutorial
Experience building landing pages and websites inside GHL that look polished and professional
You work independently. I provide the vision and direction — you figure out the execution. If you need step-by-step instructions for standard GHL tasks, this role is not for you
Strong communicator who proactively flags issues, asks smart questions before starting — not after — and delivers on deadlines without reminders
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience running or supporting Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
Experience with email deliverability, custom domains, and DNS setup inside GHL
An eye for clean, professional design

Compensation & Hours

$6–$7/hour USD depending on experience
Approximately 10 hours per week to start — hours may increase based on performance and business needs
Part-time, contract role — not full-time
