About the Role: The Chiropractic Freedom Coalition (CFC) is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to architect and build our professional tech stack. We are moving away from simple AI implementations toward a sophisticated, engineered infrastructure. We need a professional who understands "old school" software engineering principles but has successfully transitioned into using cutting-edge tools like Claude Code to accelerate high-quality, production-ready development.


Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Development: Take conceptual "bones" and build high-performance, scalable software solutions.
System Integration: Build out "airtight" information systems, specifically focusing on integrated, automated communication stacks (Email/SMS/CRM).
Full-Stack Execution: Transition existing skeletal systems into fully operational, business-ready applications with clean, maintainable code.


Required Qualifications:
Core Software Engineering: Significant experience in traditional software engineering (outside of AI tools). You must understand logic, architecture, and database management from the ground up.
Claude Code Proficiency: You must be highly familiar and currently working inside Claude Code. You should be able to demonstrate how you leverage this tool to achieve more control and flexibility than standard "prompters."
Proven Portfolio: You must show us software you have built using "old school" methods AND software you have specifically built or enhanced inside Claude Code.
Strategic Autonomy: Ability to take a high-level strategic vision and execute the technical requirements independently without constant oversight.
Project Details: This is a project-based role with the potential to grow into a consistent part-time position. We are looking to move quickly to complete our tech stack.
