Call Specialist - Medical Outreach (Fluent English Required)

We are looking for a highly confident and intelligent Call Specialist to handle outbound calls and outreach to medical offices (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, OB/GYN, oncology clinics).

This is NOT a basic call center role.
We need someone who can think, adapt, and communicate like a professional - not read scripts like a robot.

Requirements:
• Perfect English - both speaking and understanding (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to think independently and “outside the box”
• Confident, assertive, and proactive personality
• Ability to handle gatekeepers and reach decision-makers (doctors)
• Not robotic - you must know how to adjust your approach in real conversations

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to medical offices
• Build relationships and secure meetings with doctors
• Use CRM to track all communication
• Follow up consistently and intelligently
• Find creative ways to get through to decision-makers

Position Details:
• Starting at $5/hour
