The Nanny League is seeking a highly driven, creative, and results-oriented Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead our outreach, marketing, and revenue-driving initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, marketing, and digital growth who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Driving brand growth through strategic outreach and relationship-building
• Proactively connecting with influencers, creators, and aligned partners via DM,
• Managing and executing marketing initiatives that generate leads and increase visibility
• Supporting client outreach and contributing to sales and conversion strategies
• Identifying creative revenue streams, including partnerships, collaborations, and affiliate opportunities
• Concepting and executing Instagram giveaways, campaigns, and engagement strategies
• Assisting in building and optimizing Amazon storefronts and other monetization channels
• Tracking performance, engagement, and ROI across marketing and outreach efforts
• Collaborating with leadership to refine and elevate overall brand positioning
???? What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or business development
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and drive revenue
• Deep understanding of Instagram, influencer outreach, and social media growth strategies
• Experience executing giveaways, collaborations, and digital campaigns
• Familiarity with Amazon accounts, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce monetization is a major plus
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable initiating conversations and closing opportunities
• Strong communication skills—both polished and personable
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and audience
• Ability to move quickly, pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
