Medical Educator Recruiter (Remote, Part-Time) FILLED

ABOUT US:
PracticalCME is a U.S.-based accredited medical education company specializing in aesthetic medicine training for physicians and injectors. We are expanding our faculty network across the United States and need a detail-oriented recruiter to identify, contact, and qualify physician candidates in target cities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Research and build a list of target physicians in assigned U.S. cities
- Verify credentials and active aesthetic practice online before any outreach
- Contact physicians by phone using a provided script
- Qualify candidates against strict criteria before booking any call
- Speak directly with the physician — not staff — before scheduling anything
- Schedule qualified physicians for a 20-minute call with our founder
- Track all activity in a shared Google Sheet updated daily

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable making cold calls to medical offices in the United States. Physicians are not easily reachable by email or social media. You must use the phone and earn their contact information from their receptionist.
- Strong research skills using Google, LinkedIn, and medical directories
- Highly organized with consistent daily tracking
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical recruitment is a strong plus
- Reliable internet and phone or VOIP access

IMPORTANT RULES:
- You must speak directly with the physician before booking any call. No exceptions.
- You will introduce interested physicians (whose credentials are verified by our founder) to our founder for a call.
- The $100 bonus is only paid when the physician actually completes the call with our founder.
- The $1,000 bonus is only paid when a physician is officially hired and onboarded as faculty after teaching their first paying date as a contractor for PracticalCME.
