GNCO is building AI-powered products (health coaching app, AI marketplace, client projects) with a 10–20 person distributed team. We need a Technical PM — not just someone who runs standups, but someone who understands the technology, can lead client calls, and automates their own workflow.
This role is different because:
- You'll be the technical expert for our clients — scoping work, explaining how AI features work, running demos
- You need to understand code, APIs, and AI/ML concepts (you don't need to write code daily, but you need to read and understand it)
- You'll use Claude, GitHub, and Linear every day — not spreadsheets
Key responsibilities:
- Run 2-week sprints across multiple concurrent AI projects
- Be the technical point of contact for clients — scope work, manage expectations, lead demos
- Coordinate Backend, Mobile, AI, Design, Marketing, and QA teams
- Track velocity (90%+ target), manage risks, keep leadership informed
- Build automations using Claude, GitHub Actions, Linear workflows, Zapier/n8n
Required:
- 3+ years PM/Scrum Master for software teams
- Technical background (can read code, understands system architecture)
- AI/ML or automation project experience
- Expert with Linear and GitHub
- Daily Claude/AI tool usage
- Client-facing communication skills
- Excellent English
