Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant

Job Description:
We are a fast-growing AI Automation agency supporting clients in the recruiting and staffing industry looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant to help us build targeted prospect lists and run outreach campaigns for our client's.
Your role will be essential in helping our clients connect with decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:
Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Research companies and identify key decision-makers
Find and verify contact information (emails, LinkedIn profiles)
Upload leads into outreach tools and CRM
Assist with launching and managing cold email campaigns
Perform light personalization of outreach messages
Track and organize leads properly

Requirements:
Experience with B2B lead generation
Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead sourcing
Strong attention to detail (VERY important)
Good written English
Ability to follow systems and processes
**must be able to work night shift in order to align with US operating hours

Bonus (Nice to Have):
Experience with tools like Apollo, Smartlead, or Lemlist
Experience with cold email campaigns
Basic understanding of outreach messaging
