We are looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to help grow our brand Oasis of Hope – a unique retreat, event, and accommodation destination in Australia.

This role is focused on social media growth, content creation, and online visibility, helping us attract guests, events, and retreats.

• Boutique accommodation (Airbnb & direct bookings)

• A growing wellness and ministry space

We want to expand our reach and become a highly visible, in-demand destination online.

???? Your Role

You will help us build a strong and consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Design simple graphics and posts (Canva or similar)
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok-style)
• Write engaging captions and marketing content
• Grow and manage our Instagram & Facebook presence
• Assist with Google Business profile optimisation
• Research trends and suggest new content ideas
• Engage with comments/messages (optional, depending on role scope)

???? What We’re Looking For
• Experience in social media marketing
• Ability to create high-quality, engaging content
• Video editing skills
• Good written English (friendly, natural tone)
• Understanding of branding and audience growth
• Organized and reliable

Bonus:
• Experience with tourism, retreats, or event marketing
• Knowledge of SEO or Google rankings
• Experience growing accounts organically
