Pure Glow Media is a fast-growing Canadian digital marketing agency managing lead generation for med spas and home renovation companies across the U.S. and Canada. We generate the leads. We build the systems. We run the ads.
The one thing that kills results every single time? Nobody calls fast enough.
Leads go cold in minutes. Every hour a lead sits uncalled is money left on the table — for us and for our clients. We've seen it happen over and over, and we're done letting it happen.
That's where you come in.

What This Job Actually Is
You will be the first human voice a warm lead hears after they raise their hand. Your job is simple and non-negotiable — call within 60 seconds, build rapport fast, and book the appointment. That's it.
You'll be calling on behalf of med spas booking aesthetic consultations and renovation contractors booking in-home estimates. Both audiences are warm — they asked for information. Your job is to convert that interest into a booked slot on a calendar.
You are not doing cold outreach. You are not selling. You are booking.

A Day In This Role Looks Like This
A lead comes in. You get notified immediately. You call within 60 seconds — not 5 minutes, not an hour. You follow a proven script, you handle the common objections you've been trained on, you find a time that works, and you book it. Then you log the outcome and move to the next one.
When someone no-shows, you follow up. When someone reschedules, you make it happen. You track your calls, your pickups, your bookings. Nothing complicated — just consistency.
You'll be working inside GoHighLevel, Slack, and Hot Prospector. Full training is provided on all three.

Who We're Actually Looking For
You've worked in a phone-based role before — call centre, reception, sales, customer service — and you were good at it. Not good in a "I showed up and did my hours" way. Good in a "my numbers were consistently better than the people around me" way.
You speak English clearly and confidently. Clients in Canada and the U.S. need to trust you immediately. Accent is not the issue — clarity, warmth, and confidence are.
You don't need to be chased. When leads come in, you move. You don't wait to be reminded. You don't let things sit. This role rewards urgency.
You can handle rejection without it derailing your day. Some people won't pick up. Some will be rude. You reset and move to the next call. That resilience is not optional.
You have a reliable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet place to work.
