AI-Driven Marketing Specialist (Salesforce + LinkedIn)

We are hiring a high-performance Marketing Specialist who already understands modern tools, AI, and outbound systems.

What You’ll Own
- Build and execute lead generation systems using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator required)
- Manage pipelines and workflows inside Salesforce
- Run outreach campaigns (LinkedIn + email)
- Use AI tools to improve speed, messaging, and targeting
- Track, optimize, and improve conversion rates

Who You Are (Non-Negotiable)
- Already experienced in LinkedIn and Salesforce, lead generation + CRM systems
- Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT, automation tools, scraping tools, etc.)
- Fast, independent, and solution-oriented
- Strong English communication
- Organized and detail-focused
- You don’t wait for instructions — you figure things out
