Social media manager...

Finding the right social media manager is difficult.
Someone who does things the same way I would do them, with all my knowledge and experience of our program and our target audience internalized… but better. Of course that someone does not exist (yet!).

Plenty of people respond to my ads, but it’s hard to find that one right person. That person with the right skills, the right insights, and the right feeling for what we do. Someone who can preform without using AI. Who can write authentic texts themselves, and can think strategy without using GPT's suggestions.

Social media is a complex discipline. You do not learn this from a course, some online tips, or from experience in a previous position. You learn this by understanding the specific market and target audience, by working with results and numbers, and by analyzing what worked and what didn’t. To start all over again tomorrow, because the algorithms have changed.

A feeling for what we are doing is important. Also talent in authentic writing, good visual awareness, the ability to see what to post, when and where, and to monitor the results of your posts. This is where a certain talent comes in.

We are looking for a social media manager who fits this description.
The position is for 20 hours a week, including some tasks on weekends.
You can work from home and mostly plan your own working hours.
Payment is 15000 PHP/month, based on 20 hours/week.
