Now, we're leveling up — and we want a design assassin who’s mastered AI workflows, commands Midjourney like a wizard, and turns prompts into visual gold.
WHO WE WANT
This is not your average graphic design role. We're looking for a hybrid Creative Director / Prompt Engineer / Graphic Design savant who can:
Think like a marketer. Design like an artist. Prompt like an AI god.
You’ll own the visual storytelling for our brands, using both traditional tools and bleeding-edge AI systems to pump out Amazon-optimized assets that convert.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Craft Ultra-High-Converting Amazon Ads – static, lifestyle,
Systematize Brand Visuals Across 30+ Products – while keeping it all aligned, emotional, and conversion-focused.
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years in design, at least 2+ years in Amazon/e-commerce brand creative
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, After Effects
Pro-level Midjourney / AI prompt engineer – this is non-negotiable
Obsessed with Amazon visual psychology, packaging psychology, and design that sells
Able to juggle 10 brands and still hit deadlines
Operate with a Creative Director mindset — not just execution, but strategy
Bonus: Experience creating creative systems, art direction templates, or leading a team
MUST-HAVES
Portfolio with Amazon ads, A+ pages, labels, 3D renders, videos, and AI-gen examples
Real-world use of AI tools integrated into your workflow
