About us:
AIYANA med is a women-owned award-winning medical clinic in Salem, Oregon specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and aesthetic care. We are a fast-growing clinic led by Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Kelly and we are looking for a long-term virtual tea ---------- mber who will grow with us.

What you'll do:
Manage and respond to patient inquiries in GoHighLevel CRM
Create and schedule social media content for Instagram and Facebook
Write captions and basic graphics using Canva
Follow up with leads via text and email
Basic Google Ads reporting and monitoring
Support the patient care coordinator with admin tasks

What we're looking for:
Excellent written and spoken English — this is non-negotiable
Experience with social media content creation — show us your work
Tech savvy — GoHighLevel, Canva, Google Ads experience preferred
Healthcare or wellness industry experience a strong plus
Available Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Pacific Time
Long term commitment — we invest in our team and expect the same
Thick skin — we give direct feedback and expect you to grow from it
