Real Estate Cold Caller – Pre-Foreclosure Leads (Atlanta Market)

Tango Property Group is a real estate investment company based in Atlanta, GA looking for an experienced cold caller to contact pre-foreclosure homeowners and generate motivated seller leads.


Responsibilities:
? Call pre-foreclosure homeowners using a provided script
? Log call dispositions in Mojo Dialer (interested, callback, not interested, no answer)
? Send daily lead summary via WhatsApp or Google Sheet
? Follow up on callbacks consistently
Requirements:
? Previous real estate cold calling experience required
? Comfortable speaking with distressed and motivated sellers
? Must be available 4pm–8pm Eastern Standard Time (Atlanta, GA) — approximately 4am–8am Philippines Standard Time
? Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
? Fluent English with clear, confident communication
? Experience with Mojo Dialer a plus
? Experience with Airtable a plus
