AI Content Creator + YouTube Editor (Real Estate Marketing Agency | Long-Term)

We’re a fast-growing real estate marketing agency working with top agents and teams across major markets including Miami, San Diego, New York, and Atlanta and beyond. We create high-end, visually compelling content and we’re looking for someone who can help us stay ahead of the curve.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is both highly creative and technically skilled.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create AI-generated video content (from images, prompts, and concepts)
• Turn property photos + ideas into cinematic, scroll-stopping visuals
• Edit YouTube videos (vlogs, real estate content, talking head, reels cutdowns)
• Stay on top of AI trends and suggest new content ideas
• Assist with content production across multiple real estate clients

What We’re Looking For

You must be:

• Highly experienced with AI tools (not beginner level)
• Strong in YouTube editing + storytelling + pacing
• Skilled in tools like Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Detail-oriented with a strong design eye (luxury aesthetic is a plus)
• Able to take direction but also bring creative ideas to the table
• Reliable, communicative, and looking for a long-term role

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in real estate content
• Understanding of viral/social media trends
• Motion graphics or light animation skills
