JOB OVERVIEW

Home Service Studios is a production company specializing in high-quality content for home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). We help contractors grow their brands through consistent, engaging social media content.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Manager (VA) to help manage and execute content across multiple client accounts.

Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing content across 20+ client accounts using Sprout Social.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring content goes out consistently, performance is tracked, and our clients receive clear reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling & Management
- Schedule and publish content across 20+ social media accounts using Sprout Social
- Ensure all content is posted accurately, on time, and aligned with content calendars
- Organize and manage content libraries (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in captions, hashtags, and tagging

Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare quarterly performance reports for all client accounts
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.)
- Identify trends and insights to improve performance
- Present data in a clean, easy-to-understand format

Client & Team Coordination:
- Communicate with internal team (creative, production, leadership)
- Assist in gathering approvals and managing revisions
- Help ensure content aligns with each client’s brand voice
- Engagement & Community Management (Optional but Preferred)
- Respond to comments and messages when needed
- Monitor engagement and flag important interactions

Administrative & Support Tasks:
- Assist with uploading and organizing video/photo content
- Help maintain content calendars
- Quality check posts before publishing
- Support additional marketing or operational tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred)
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Excellent written English
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts
- Basic understanding of social media growth strategies
- Familiarity with home service industries (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools and analytics
