Expand In Asia specialises in helping B2B companies grow their sales pipeline. We do that by offering state of the art B2B outbound prospecting services. We focus on the early stages of a sales cycle to significantly expand our clients’ top of the funnel. We believe that expanding our clients’ business requires in-depth knowledge about their business and their prospects. Our clients outsource to us their SDR (Sales Development Representative) activities. The aim is to function as an extension of our clients.

What you will do

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments with qualified prospects.
Craft, execute and improve a variety of outbound sales prospecting campaigns using cold calling, LinkedIn and email.
Demonstrate capacity to navigate complex organisational structures to connect with the appropriate decision-makers.
Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through innovative approaches.
Help define the go-to-market strategy and territory planning customised to different countries.
Work with contact research teams to build the pipeline of contacts to engage.
Monitor and optimise campaign performance against key metrics
Deliver persuasive post-campaign presentations to clients
What you bring

4-5 years of proven B2B SDR Experience,
B2B outbound email and LinkedIn campaign management, market research analysis.
Has a strong cold calling background, with experience reaching out to prospects, and booking meetings.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Learning abilities: Quickly adaptable to new processes and digital tools with the will to improve processes
Personal attributes: Entrepreneurial, strategic, empathic, resilient, digitally savvy, and a results-driven self-starter.
Work From home Set- up: Reliable internet, connection, back up for power interruptions, Recent computer specs and a conducive work environment free from any disturbances
Prospecting (SDR) to Enterprise businesses is needed
