About the Role
A growing real estate team based in Oklahoma, USA is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help manage and convert inbound leads.

This role is heavily focused on phone conversations and lead follow-up. You will spend most of your day speaking with people in the United States.
This is not a quiet virtual assistant role. The right person will be energetic, persistent, and confident on the phone.
If you enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, and helping convert opportunities into real business, this can be a very rewarding position.
If you dislike being on the phone or struggle with rejection, this role will likely not be a good fit.
The Inside Sales Agent will become a core part of the team’s lead conversion system and will work directly with the agent to improve scripts, follow-up, and results.
Key Responsibilities
• Call new
• Follow up with leads that have not yet responded
• Qualify potential buyers and sellers using a script
• Set appointments for the real estate agent
• Log every call, conversation, and follow-up in the CRM
• Keep the CRM clean, organized, and up to date
• Follow up with leads over time until they are ready
• Communicate with the agent about lead quality and trends
• Bring energy and professionalism to the team every day
You will typically make 100+ calls per day.
For people who enjoy conversations and problem solving, the day moves quickly.
For people who dislike rejection, the role will feel difficult.

• Clear spoken English that Americans can easily understand
• Cold calling, call center, or appointment setting experience
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• CRM experience (Lofty, Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• High-speed internet and reliable computer
• Professional headset and quiet work environment
• Ability to work US Central Time hours
