Software Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Review code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, .NET)
Solid understanding of software design patterns and system architecture
Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
