STR Listing Optimization Specialist (Airbnb & Booking.com)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Optimization Specialist to help improve the visibility and performance of our short-term rental listings across platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.

The main goal of this role is to ensure our listings rank higher in search results, attract quality bookings, and maintain strong overall performance.

Requirements
- Experience with Airbnb and/or Booking.com listing management
- Strong understanding of STR performance metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze listings critically
- Ability to benchmark against competitors
