We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support customers on product functionality, guiding them through their unique support concerns.
You will be required to:
• Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
• Respond to end-user problems based on standard procedures
The ideal candidate:
Should be a "tech savvy" individual that is generally comfortable using electronics/technology.
Will be able to provide phone support once in a while.
Loves the idea of making customers successful through awesome customer support, training, and best practices sharing.
Organized, loves the details and solves problems, figuring out how things work, and identifying patterns and trends.
Highly motivated, driven, self-starting individual who knows how to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Loves the idea of cross-collaboration with the product development team to share customer feedback and ideas around product improvements.
We also would like to create some explainer videos which will assist in installation and troubleshooting (so if you have experience with basic filming/editing that helps).
