We are looking for a Web Developer who doesn't just build sites that look good, but sites that rank. You’ll be our technical bridge between the marketing and engineering teams, ensuring our web architecture is optimized for search engines, lightning-fast, and fully accessible to AI-driven search crawlers.

Key Responsibilities
Core Development: Write clean, efficient code (HTML5, CSS3, JS, and [PHP/Python/Node.js]) to build responsive, high-performance websites.
Technical SEO Mastery: Implement and manage advanced technical SEO elements: schema markup (JSON-LD), XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
Performance Optimization: Obsess over PAGE INSIGHTS to ensure we hit green scores across the board.
Crawlability & Indexing: Conduct regular technical audits using tools, ESPECIALLY SEMRUSH, to identify and fix crawl errors, redirect loops, and 404s.
Site Architecture: Design logical URL structures and internal linking strategies that distribute "link equity" effectively.
Collaboration: Work with the content team to implement on-page SEO (meta tags, header hierarchies, image alt-text) and ensure the CMS is user-friendly for non-technical editors.

Required Skills & Experience
The Dev Side: 3+ years in Web Development. Proficiency in Wordpress and Elementor.
The SEO Side: Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors, mobile-first indexing, and how AI search (GEO/AEO) is changing the landscape.
Analytics: Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Toolbox: Familiarity with SEO suites like Semrush, CLICK UP for Project Management



Probationary Period: You will start with a probationary period at a rate of Php410/hour for the first 3 months.
Performance Evaluation: At the end of these 3 months, we will conduct a formal performance evaluation.
Long-term Growth: If we see you are a great fit for the role, you will be moved to a permanent position with a yearly salary increase based on your contributions and performance.
