JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced clothing product designer to work with our brand on developing technical performance garments and detailed factory-ready tech packs.

This role requires someone who understands technical apparel, garment construction, materials, and performance-focused design. We are not looking for someone who only creates illustrations — we need a designer who can contribute to the development of functional products and provide input on construction, materials, and performance features.

You will work closely with our team to turn product concepts into detailed tech packs ready for manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed, factory-ready tech packs for apparel products
• Create technical sketches (front, back, and detailed construction views)
• Specify measurements, fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Help design garments that prioritize technical performance, comfort, and functionality
• Recommend improvements to fabric choices, construction methods, and performance features
• Ensure tech packs are clear and ready for factory production

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an apparel product designer
• Strong understanding of technical performance apparel and garment construction
• Experience designing sportswear, activewear, or technical garments
• Ability to create professional, production-ready tech packs
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of manufacturing processes

Important:
Please only apply if you have real experience designing garments and creating factory-ready tech packs.

When applying, please include:
• Examples of tech packs you have created
• Examples of technical or performance garments you have designed

This will be an ongoing role for the right designer as we continue developing new products.
