Ecommerce Operations & Customer Success Manager | Shopify | D2C Growth

I help ecommerce brands streamline operations, improve customer experience, and scale profitably.

With hands-on experience running and optimizing Shopify stores, managing ads, and handling backend operations, I understand what it takes to grow a D2C brand efficiently.

What I Can Do For You:

** Ecommerce Operations Management **

* Order processing & fulfillment coordination
* Supplier & logistics communication
* Inventory tracking and optimization
* Refund, dispute & chargeback handling

** Customer Success Management **

* Build and manage customer support systems (email, chat)
* Reduce refunds & increase customer satisfaction
* Create SOPs for support teams
* Manage and train support agents

** Growth & Performance **

* Analyze store performance (conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
* Identify bottlenecks in funnel and operations
* Improve retention and repeat purchase rate
* Assist with ad account performance (Facebook/Google)

** Systems & Automation **

* Set up workflows and automation tools
* Improve efficiency using CRMs and helpdesk systems
* Build scalable backend systems for growth
