Job Summary
We are seeking an Automation & AI Specialist focused on CRM automation and data operations. This role centers on building efficient systems in Stride (Go High Level CRM) and managing real estate data pipelines from extraction to upload-ready format.

What You'll Do

Primary: Build, manage, and optimize automation inside Stride (Go High Level CRM), including workflows, pipelines, and triggers
Primary: Pull data and skip trace (e.g., Land Insights), then clean, process, and prepare data for upload-ready use
Process and manage data using Google Sheets, Apps Script, Python, or JavaScript
Create trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools
Use automation tools (Zapier, Make, or N8N) and APIs to streamline workflows
Apply AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work


What We're Looking For
Strong experience with Stride / Go High Level CRM automation (REQUIRED)

Proven ability to handle data pulling, skip tracing, cleaning, and preparation
Proficiency in Google Sheets and scripting (Apps Script, Python, or JavaScript)
Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, and AI applications
Independent problem-solver with clear communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate or property data workflows
Familiarity with skip tracing tools like Land Insights
Background in CRM systems and automation pipelines
