Premium Select Finance is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to support our leadership team and internal operations.

This is a core coordination role, not a general support-only position. The successful candidate is expected to take ownership of responsibilities across multiple functions, including communication, scheduling, systems coordination, recruitment support, and webinar execution.

The role involves exposure to leadership, recruitment processes, internal operations, and business systems. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, demonstrating initiative, and managing tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong emphasis is placed on ownership, coordination, and proactive problem-solving rather than purely task-based or reactive administrative work.

Role Overview

Position: Admin Coordinator
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 PHP per month
Type: Full-time
Work Setup: Work from home (WFH)
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Preferred Location: Candidates based within Metro Manila or Greater Metro Manila

You will support business operations by coordinating communication, managing schedules, handling administrative processes, supporting recruitment, assisting webinars, and maintaining organised systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Communication and inbox management including:
Triage and manage incoming emails
Prioritise and route messages appropriately
Respond to non-critical enquiries
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties

Scheduling and calendar coordination for clients and brokers, including:
Manage appointments
Coordinate across multiple calendars
Send confirmations, reminders, and updates

Client and general coordination by:
Handling inbound calls and general enquiries
Providing non-technical updates based on SOPs
Guiding clients on next steps
Directing queries to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers

Business documentation and compliance support by:
Managing licenses, insurance, registrations, and compliance documents
Tracking deadlines
Maintaining audit-ready filing systems
Coordinating with stakeholders to obtain required documentation

Broker and internal support through:
Assisting with administrative needs such as system access and email setup
Supporting file preparation on a non-structuring basis
Providing first-line support for basic operational queries

Training and webinar coordination including:
Scheduling sessions
Creating presentation slides
Preparing scripts and materials for hosts
Tracking registrations and attendance
Supporting promotions
Assisting with post-event follow-ups and reporting
This is an execution-focused function, while strategy remains with marketing and leadership

Systems and issue coordination by:
Acting as the first point of contact for system-related concerns
Logging and tracking issues
Escalating technical matters
Coordinating resolution with relevant providers or support teams

Reception and call handling through:
Managing inbound calls
Routing calls to appropriate tea ---------- mbers
Supporting basic call system configurations if trained

Recruitment coordination by:
Posting job listings
Collecting and organising applications
Maintaining candidate tracking records
Scheduling interviews and coordinating availability
Supporting onboarding documentation
Tracking recruitment progress

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong organisational and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. They should be proactive, reliable, accountable, and comfortable working with systems and structured processes. Prior experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles is preferred.
