Video Editor - Finance YouTube Channel (Long Term)

Looking for an experienced video editor for a growing
finance YouTube channel. Videos are 8-12 minutes long,
documentary/educational style similar to ColdFusion
and How Money Works on YouTube.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Source and edit relevant stock footage to match
voiceover pacing and script
- Create clean, professional text overlays and
lower thirds
- Build simple but polished data visualizations,
charts and graphs from information I provide
- Color grade footage for a consistent cinematic look
- Layer background music that complements the
narration without overpowering it
- Seamless cuts and transitions — no flashy effects
- Deliver final MP4, 1080p minimum, within 3-5 days

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of documentary or educational
YouTube videos (10+ minutes preferred)
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Access to premium stock footage (Storyblocks,
Artgrid, or similar)
- Ability to source and license appropriate B-roll
independently
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus
- Reliable, communicative, and deadline driven
- Long term commitment — this is not a one off project
