Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us prepare documents for accounting. Your main job is to find, organize, and track invoices, receipts, and payment records, then make sure everything is ready for our accountant.
Main Job Scopes:
• Find invoices, receipts, and payment records from
• Organize and rename files properly
• Keep monthly accounting documents complete and updated
• Update a simple tracker for received, missing, and pending invoices
• Follow up with tea
• Prepare all documents neatly before the accounting deadline
• Flag any missing, duplicate, or unclear documents
Requirements:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good with Google Drive and Google Sheets or Excel
• Able to follow up consistently
• Good written English
• Bonus if experienced with invoice handling, bookkeeping admin or Xero.
