Outbound Sales Closer – Food / FMCG

This job is daily cold calling to takeaway shops & grocers in Australia.

What you do
• Call local takeaway shops & grocers
• Offer free samples
• Follow up after sample drops
• Convert the sample drop into a first full-price order
• Hours: Monday–Friday, Australian business hours (approx. 9am–5pm AEST)

Once a shop orders, the account is handed off.
You do not manage reorders or ongoing accounts.

What this is NOT
• No inbound leads
• No account management
• No marketing or strategy work

This is dial>talk >>>convert.

Pay
Commission is paid on adoption, not trials.
• AUD $1,000 monthly base
• AUD $30 one-off commission per converted account
o Commission is paid only when the shop places its first full-price order (2nd order)
o No commission on sample drops or discounted trial orders

Who should apply
• Comfortable making cold calls all day
• Proven experience hitting sales targets
• Can handle rejection
• Clear English
• Reliable and consistent

Sales experience helps. Discipline matters more.
