Recruiter — Remote, Full-Time

Staffing platform hiring a recruiter to screen candidates. You'll run 5–10 interviews daily.
Required Experience
-You must have prior recruiting experience at a company for at least 1 year (continuously)
-Bonus points if you worked recruited for a staffing agency or BPO
-General HR or admin work doesn't count. In your application, tell us:

Which companies you recruited for
How many candidates you screened per week
What roles you hired for

Answer this one question in your application:

"Tell me about the worst candidate you ever interviewed?"

Applications that don't answer this question will be ignored. Generic answers ("poor communication," "not a culture fit") will also be ignored. We want a real story with specifics.
