Full-Time Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — AI Receptionist Company

We're hiring a full-time cold caller / appointment setter for Alyro AI, an AI receptionist company serving US home service businesses.
What you'll do:

High-volume cold calling to US business owners daily
Use the provided opener and talking points to guide natural conversations — no rigid script reading
Handle objections conversationally and build rapport with business owners
Log every call outcome in a shared spreadsheet
Book interested leads for discovery calls on the owner's calendar
Provide interested prospects with a demo phone number

Requirements:

Previous cold calling or sales experience required — must be comfortable having real conversations, not just reading a script
Clear, natural-sounding English (neutral or American accent preferred)
Quiet workspace with reliable internet
Must have a US phone number or VOIP service (e.g., OpenPhone, Google Voice) that displays a US caller ID. We can provide one if needed.
Available Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Central Time (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM UTC / 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT)
Comfortable with high rejection — most calls won't answer or will say no
Reliable and consistent — show up every day, no excuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Central Time (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM UTC / 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT). Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Pay: $4-5/hour USD ($640-800/month)
Trial period: 1-week paid trial to ensure fit before committing to ongoing role
