Real Estate VA – Disposition Support & Buyer Outreach | Full-Time

About the Role
We are a US- based real estate wholesaling company that buys and sells properties. Whenever we get a new deal under contract, we need to get the word out to our list of buyers as fast as possible, through text and email blasts. Your job is simple. When we have a deal, you blast it out. When buyers respond with interest, you pass them along to our disposition manager who will close the deal. That's the core of this role. Everything else supports that goal.

What You'll Do Every Day
- Send text blasts to our buyer list using BatchLeads & Smarter Contact
- Pull fresh buyer leads from Investorbase, add them to our main buyer list, & send text blast using Smarter Contact
- Send email blasts for every new deal we get using Mailchimp
- When buyers respond and show interest, add them in our CRM to pass them to our disposition manager

Who We're Looking For
- Someone reliable and consistent — this role runs on routine and showing up every day matters
- Comfortable using online tools and platforms (CRM, texting platforms, email)
- Experience with mass texting or email blasting is a plus
- Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged
- Stable internet connection
- Real estate or wholesaling VA experience is a plus but not required

Schedule
Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
Sat – Sun: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM PST

We work 7 days a week because deals don't wait. Weekend hours are lighter but required. If a deal comes in on a Saturday, we need it blasted that day. Please only apply if you can commit to the full schedule.
