Role Overview:
This is a full-time remote role supporting day-to-day administration, recruitment processes, and internal operations. You will work closely with the team to manage workflows, support candidates, and ensure high standards of organisation and communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
General Administration
* Manage internal admin requests and daily team queries
* Answer inbound calls and support communication channels
* Take meeting minutes and assist with team coordination
* Organise internal events, milestones, and staff recognition
* Manage and update internal systems and tools
* Liaise with internal teams to align priorities
Marketing & Content Support
* Assist with onboarding communications and welcome materials
* Create basic graphics and presentations (Canva or similar)
* Support internal campaigns and content initiatives
* Manage testimonials and website updates
* Prepare welcome packs and onboarding materials
Recruitment Administration & Compliance
* Format CVs and recruitment documentation
* Conduct reference checks and verification processes
* Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM systems
* Support onboarding and resolve candidate queries
* Manage inboxes and respond to time-sensitive requests
* Post and update job advertisements
* Track compliance requirements (e.g. checks, forms, documentation)
* Assist with placement approvals and employment documentation
Reporting & Operations Support
* Prepare reports and assist with data tracking
* Update internal systems with performance and activity data
* Support compliance processes and approvals
* Assist with troubleshooting system or data issues
* Provide general support across high-volume recruitment workflows

Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, recruitment support, or virtual assistant roles
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal English communication
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Comfortable using multiple systems and tools
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
* Experience with CRM or recruitment platforms (e.g. Bullhorn or similar)
* Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools
* Experience in recruitment or HR support
