Urgent: Social Media Manager – Renovation Company

Social Media Manager
Type: Remote (Part-Time or Full-Time, to be finalized)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Rate: $5 USD per hour

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to support and grow our company’s online presence. This role focuses on building brand recognition across social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in content creation, social media management, and short-form video editing.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts- clean and minimalist
- Create and schedule content consistently
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with our campaigns
- Write scripts for on-site filming
- Track performance and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a brand (portfolio required)
- Strong video editing skills (e.g., CapCut or similar)
- Creative, trend-aware, and self-directed
- Familiarity with Metricool or SocialPilot is a plus
- Construction or real estate background is a plus
