JOB OVERVIEW
Join a fast-growing trade school brand that's making a real impact in the skilled trades industry!
Western Welding Academy is looking for an experienced Ads Campaign Manager to build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director to drive student enrollment and brand awareness through high-performing ad campaigns. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who can deliver real results — not just manage dashboards.
What You'll Do:
Build, Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Build and test ad creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive student enrollment leads.
Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS and cost per lead.
Manage ad budgets and provide clear, simple reporting on what's working and what's not.
Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign strategy, creative direction, and landing page optimization.
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad strategies.
You're a Perfect Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and at least one additional platform (YouTube, TikTok, or Snapchat).
Have a proven track record of driving leads or conversions — not just impressions and clicks.
Know how to set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters across platforms.
Are comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting aggressive performance targets.
Can communicate results clearly in plain language — no fluff, no jargon.
Are comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup during U.S. Mountain Time business hours (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in the education, trade school, or vocational training space.
Google Analytics experience.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Video ad creation or editing skills.
Details:
Schedule: Full-time, 50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Mountain Time.
Compensation: Starting at $300 USD/week, with potential to increase based on performance.
Reports to: Marketing Director
How to Apply:
Submit your resume and portfolio examples of past ad campaigns with results. You MUST also include a 2-minute video of yourself explaining why you'd be a great fit for this role, your experience with paid advertising, and the best results you've achieved for a client or employer. Applications without a video will not be reviewed.
