YouTube & Long-Form Video Editor — Remote | Full-Time | $7–$11/hr USD

Most people scroll past long-form content. The right editor makes them stay. We're looking for someone who understands that every cut, every chapter, every sound choice is a reason for a viewer to keep watching — or close the tab. If you take that seriously, you'll fit right in.
Who we are:
We're a creative team of 3 full-time video editors (2 short-form, 1 long-form) and we're bringing a second long-form editor on board. We move fast, communicate clearly, and take the craft seriously.
What you'll be doing:

Editing long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and documentary-style content
Turning raw footage into structured, compelling narratives with strong pacing
Working with our b-roll library, motion graphics, and creative guidelines
Adding chapters, captions, and retention-boosting cuts that reduce drop-off
Delivering polished edits consistently and on time

What you bring:

1–2+ years editing long-form content (YouTube, docuseries, podcasts, etc.)
A strong grasp of story arc, pacing, and audience retention
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (plus)
Experience with chapter markers, captions, and YouTube optimization (plus)
Clear communication and a track record of on-time delivery
