Appointment Setter / DM Closer for Online Fitness Coaching Business

I run an online fitness coaching business and I’m looking for a sales-minded VA who can turn inbound social media leads into booked calls and completed applications.

This is not just a customer service role. I need someone who can build rapport, follow a script naturally, handle objections, follow up consistently, and move qualified leads toward action.

Responsibilities:
Reply to inbound leads from Facebook and Instagram
Qualify leads based on goals, struggles, and readiness
Use DM scripts naturally without sounding robotic
Handle objections around money, time, hesitation, and spouse support
Follow up with leads who stop responding
Help get leads to book calls or complete applications
Track conversations, leads, and results

What I’m Looking For:
Strong written English
Experience with appointment setting, lead generation, or DM sales
Confident handling objections
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Bonus if you have experience in fitness coaching or high-ticket sales
